Terms of Services
ALT Legacy LLC Last updated: April 2026
1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern all consulting services provided by ALT Legacy LLC (“ALT Legacy,” “we,” “us”) to clients (“you,” “client”). By booking a service, submitting an application, or making a payment, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services
ALT Legacy provides consulting services including but not limited to:
- Broker-Ready Strategy Sessions
- State Compliance Audits
- Full NEMT Readiness Assessments
- NEMT Revenue Recovery System engagements
- Healthcare Access and Mobility Consulting
- Equity and Operations Strategy engagements
- Custom-scoped consulting engagements
All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Payment
All fees are due at the time of booking or as outlined in your service agreement. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Refund Policy
Broker-Ready Strategy Session ($197) Non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
State Compliance Audit ($500) and Full NEMT Readiness Assessment ($1,000) Non-refundable once work has begun. Work begins upon receipt of your completed intake materials. If you cancel before submitting intake materials, a credit toward a future service may be issued at ALT Legacy’s discretion.
NEMT Revenue Recovery System ($5,000–$10,000) A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the engagement. The deposit amount will be outlined in your service agreement. Remaining payments are due per the schedule outlined in your agreement. No refunds are issued once the engagement has started.
5. Rescheduling
For the $197 Strategy Session, rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your session using the Calendly link in your confirmation email. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
6. Client Responsibilities
To receive the full benefit of ALT Legacy services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your operation
- Complete all intake forms and requested materials on time
- Show up to scheduled sessions on time and prepared
- Implement recommendations in good faith
ALT Legacy is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
7. Scope of Services
ALT Legacy provides consulting advice and recommendations at the intersection of healthcare access, transportation equity, and Medicaid systems, based on information provided by the client. We do not provide legal advice, accounting advice, or guaranteed outcomes.
Nothing in our services constitutes a guarantee of broker approval, contract award, or specific revenue outcomes.
8. Confidentiality
ALT Legacy will keep all information you share about your business confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
You agree to keep all materials, frameworks, and recommendations provided by ALT Legacy confidential and not share them with third parties without written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, frameworks, and documents created by ALT Legacy and delivered to you are for your business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose them as your own products or services.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about a service or outcome, you agree to contact ALT Legacy directly at info@altlegacy.com before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment processor. We are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly.
Chargebacks initiated without prior written notice to ALT Legacy will be disputed with full documentation of services rendered.
11. Limitation of Liability
ALT Legacy’s total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in Connecticut.
13. Changes to These Terms
ALT Legacy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at altlegacy.com/terms. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
