About ALT Legacy
ALT Legacy is a consulting firm that strengthens transportation providers, public agencies, and education partners through compliant, accessible, and scalable operational systems.
Founded to address systemic breakdowns in Medicaid transportation access, our work focuses on simplifying complex compliance structures and building infrastructure that expands equitable service delivery.
Our hybrid structure allows consulting revenue to support the development of future community-based initiatives.
Our Origin
ALT Legacy was founded after witnessing a recurring failure in Medicaid transportation: individuals missing critical medical appointments due to compliance gaps and operational inefficiencies.
Rather than navigating around broken systems, we chose to improve them. We began by guiding transportation providers through Connecticut’s Medicaid NEMT credentialing and compliance requirements. Today, we apply that same systems-first approach across transportation, accessibility, and public service infrastructure.
Certified & Compliance-Ready
ALT Legacy is a state-certified S/MBE business. Our certification strengthens our ability to support public sector partners in meeting compliance, contracting, and diversity participation goals.
